- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, purchasing products, enrolling in services, or engaging McCoy Consulting, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
- Services Overview
McCoy Consulting, LLC provides:
- Grant research, writing, and funding strategy
- Operational systems design and consulting
- AI implementation and workflow advisory

- Subscription-based funding intelligence services
All services are strategic and advisory in nature.
- No Guarantee of Funding or Financial Results
McCoy Consulting, LLC does not guarantee:
- Grant awards
- Loan approvals
- Contract awards
- Government funding
- Specific financial outcomes
- Revenue growth
Funding decisions are made by third-party entities and depend on numerous factors beyond our control including eligibility, compliance, funder priorities, competition, and client implementation.
Clients acknowledge that all services are provided as strategic guidance and support only.
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital materials (including grant lists, guides, workbooks, and digital toolkits), refunds, returns, or exchanges are not permitted once purchase is completed.

4.2 Strategy Sessions
Strategy sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled once.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable.
- Once a strategy session has been delivered, it is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
4.3 Consulting & Implementation Services
Clients may cancel within 72 hours of purchase if project work has not commenced.
Once work has begun — including research, strategic planning, documentation, or implementation — payments are non-refundable due to the allocation of intellectual property development and scheduling of consulting capacity.
If a client chooses to discontinue services after work begins, no refunds will be issued for completed phases.
4.4 Advisory & High-Ticket Engagements
Advisory services require a signed agreement.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Once engagement begins, all payments are non-refundable.
- Installment plans, if offered, remain binding for completed work phases.
McCoy Consulting, LLC reserves the right to determine the status of work commencement.
4.5 Subscription Services
Subscription services (including Monthly Funding Intelligence) may be canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
- Refunds are not issued for the current billing period once access has been granted.
- Cancellation prevents future charges only.
- Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete installment payments may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Termination of engagement
- Collection actions if applicable
- Intellectual Property
All materials created by McCoy Consulting, LLC — including but not limited to:
- Grant narratives
- Templates
- Systems frameworks
- Strategic plans
- AI prompts and workflows
- Training materials
- Digital products
— are protected intellectual property.
Clients are granted limited, non-transferable use for internal organizational purposes only.
Resale, redistribution, replication, or unauthorized sharing is prohibited.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Meet agreed-upon deadlines
- Participate in scheduled meetings
- Execute implementation steps
Failure to provide required information may delay services and does not qualify for refunds.
- Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact McCoy Consulting, LLC directly to resolve disputes before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate termination of services
- Recovery of associated dispute and administrative fees
- Legal collection proceedings if necessary
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, McCoy Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect damages
- Lost profits
- Missed funding opportunities
- Business interruptions
- Consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
- Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality of client-provided information unless:
- Disclosure is required by law
- Written consent is provided by the client
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable grant or regulatory confidentiality requirements.
- Termination of Services
McCoy Consulting, LLC reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Client behavior is abusive or unethical
- Payment terms are violated
- Legal or compliance risks arise
No refunds will be issued for completed work at the time of termination.
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Modifications
McCoy Consulting, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
