Brittany brings expertise in grant research, grant writing, and funding strategy, helping organizations identify and pursue opportunities that align with their mission and operational capacity. She works closely with leadership teams to develop strong program narratives, funding roadmaps, and eligibility positioning that increase competitiveness for public and private funding.

Randy McCoy is the Chief Strategy and Systems Officer at McCoy Consulting, LLC., where he leads strategic planning, operational systems development, and technology implementation initiatives that help organizations move from vision to execution.
With more than a decade of experience spanning financial services, public sector programs, economic development, and enterprise technology environments, Randy brings a multidisciplinary approach to solving complex organizational challenges. His work focuses on helping nonprofits, government entities, and private organizations strengthen operations, implement scalable systems, and execute strategic initiatives that produce measurable results.
Randy specializes in project and program management, business process improvement, grant strategy, digital transformation, and operational systems implementation. He has led cross‑functional initiatives involving enterprise software deployments, capital improvement projects, infrastructure coordination, and organizational modernization efforts. His ability to bridge technical, operational, and strategic priorities allows organizations to move from planning to implementation with clear structure, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Prior to his role with McCoy Consulting LLC, Randy served as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Hope Credit Union, where he led major enterprise initiatives across technology, operations, lending, and facilities. His work included implementing digital banking platforms, managing capital facility projects, coordinating cross‑departmental operational improvements, and supporting enterprise technology deployments. Earlier in his career, Randy worked with the Mississippi Development Authority, supporting statewide economic development initiatives, business recruitment efforts, and infrastructure readiness projects.
Randy also brings experience from roles in IT audit, business analysis, and systems support across banking, healthcare, and higher education environments, providing him with a strong understanding of both technical systems and organizational operations.
He holds a Master of Science in Economic Development from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Information Technology and a minor in Business Administration.
